1. Fun@Work:

To avoid work to become dull and mundane, the Fun@Work concept has been introduced. Every month a group of employees nominated by their respective team leads participate in a series of surprise games planned by the HR team. The goal is to encourage team building, innovative thinking, leadership skills and team co-ordination.

2. Team Lunch/Dinner/Outing:

This program has been designed to strengthen team bonding, spend quality time with team members in a leisure environment and motivate members to work passionately within their team. Every 3 months, each team is allocated with a specific budget that can be used by the team for their chosen activity.

3. Rewards & Recognition:

Mobiliya has a rich culture of incubating innovative and out-of-the-box ideas. To keep this trend going, we reward our employees for any breakthrough ideas or contributions. Based on the nomination by respective team leads, the ideas are evaluated by an expert panel and then a winner is chosen.

4. Buddy Scheme for Freshers:

The Buddy Scheme is designed to enable new employees to seamlessly adapt to a new organization – its culture, people and work practices.

5. Tech Talks:

Tech Talks at Mobiliya are designed to provide a platform to all the employees to share their knowledge and skills on new/emerging technologies with fellow workers. These talks are also aimed to enhance public speaking and presentation skills of all employees

Global Sales Meet

The Global Sales Meet is a much-awaited annual event that is vital in reviewing, revising and introducing new business strategies, plans and roadmaps to put the company firmly on the path to success. Usually spread over a week, the event witnesses internal as well as external speakers addressing a selected audience of CXOs, department Heads and key persons about topics ranging from new technologies, grooming new products, encompassing new target markets and consumer segments as well as take a glimpse of the company’s current achievements and capabilities.
